How much am I looking at to run an e-commerce website per month?

1. Adequate server hosting (a bit vague I know, but a general idea will help)
2. Cost to process credit cards / merchant account
3. Any additional costs to factor in.
Any help would be really appreciated so I can properly evaluate these people (and see if they are being excessive with their fees)

I just started an online store with bigcommerce and it costed me nothing to start – great hosting was included too. check out their free plan, im not sure how long it will last.
